DESCRIPTION:
ExaGrid is seeking a principal customer support engineer to provide advanced technical support to its customers and partners. You will apply system level expertise to resolve complex customer issues while being an active member of the team.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide remote support services for ExaGrid’s customers, partners and field personnel

DESCRIPTION: As a System Engineer, you will be a member of a technical team that is responsible for the hardware systems and test suites on the development and support side of our product offering.
The majority of our environment is built on Linux and industry leading RAID technologies. Thus, the position requires excellent skills with scripting of server tests and assembly of various hardware configurations in the laboratory
• Troubleshoot hardware problems (multi vendor) and work with remote support staff
• Work with customer support for resolution of customer issues in a timely fashion

DESCRIPTION: The ExaGrid Channel Manager position is an overlay position in that the CM supports a particular geographic sales team which is comprised of Territory Managers and Sales Engineers. The Channel Manager Identifies, Recruits, Enables and Manages Value Added Resellers that fit a specific profile deemed to be most successful in the sales of ExaGrid’s systems (currently sells Disk Based Backup, Tape Automation, Storage, Virtualization and Disaster Recovery solutions). ExaGrid is seeking an experienced, hands-on PreSales Systems Engineer to assist in the presales process by providing viable and compelling solutions to our customers. These positions are based throughout the country. Utilizing relevant, consultative technical sales techniques the Systems Engineer will:
- Assist customers with the design and configuration of ExaGrid Systems products.

DESCRIPTION: ExaGrid is seeking sales over-achievers with excellent communication skills and a consistent track record of exceeding quota through direct sales process. Successful applicants possess a storage industry reputation for competence, professionalism, integrity, and a passion for winning. Under limited direction meet and exceed assigned quota, build territory revenue, prospect and close named accounts against established competition. Must maintain accurate forecasting as well as clear management communication. Drive referenceable customer satisfaction in all assigned accounts.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 10+ years of highly successful experience selling storage, networking, or other data-center products
- Must have experience in a startup or small company (most recent 2-4 years)
- Experience selling a new/single product line; especially against brand
- Experience opening new accounts
- Consistent history of exceeding quota
- BD experience helpful
