WESTBOROUGH, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 21, 2005--ExaGrid Systems, innovators in Self-Protecting Storage, today announced that a NYSE listed insurance company has purchased ExaGrid's Advanstor Self-Protecting Storage solution to provide rapid restores and reduced recovery time in the event of a disaster.

Data stored in NYC is automatically backed up to New Jersey. In the unlikely event of a corporate disaster in NYC, the company can continue to operate and access data from the Advanstor system in New Jersey.
