ExaGrid is seeking a team-oriented Channel Partner Program Manager. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, as well as operational and communication skills, expertise managing marketing programs, driving channel expansion initiatives along with other programs that help grow the ExaGrid reseller channel worldwide.

The Channel Partner Program Manager will serve as the central contract within the Marketing team to manage both existing and future partner programs.

  • Work with key channel partners to leverage their programs to incent their sales teams (i.e. SPIF programs)
  • Manage channel sales engagements including but not limited to being proactive in connecting channel partner’s salesforce and sales management teams to their ExaGrid counterpart
  • Collaborate with key channel partners to further market and raise awareness to the ExaGrid solution. The Channel Partner Program Manager will work with partners to ensure ExaGrid branding and product messaging is up to date on their websites and partner portals
  • Maintain and expand reseller database within Salesforce for marketing and sales initiatives
  • Run reports and analyze to determine trends and identify potential changes



  • 5+ years channel marketing experience working within the reseller channel
  • Experience managing multiple programs from concept through implementation
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills to manage multiple programs with competing deadlines, follow-through and execution skills; creativity and flexibility
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have the ability to both work independently and be a team player
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel, Salesforce etc.



  • BA/BS in Marketing or Communications (or equivalent work experience)
  • Fluency in other languages such as Spanish, German, French or Portuguese is a plus, but not required
