ExaGrid is seeking a team-oriented Marketing Events Manager. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, as well as project management and communication skills, and expertise managing and executing multiple events simultaneously. In addition, the candidate must be hard-working, driven, and highly creative, with sharp attention to detail and skilled at consistently producing quality results.

The primary focus of this role is to plan and execute events worldwide, including lunch and learns with the reseller channel, regional shows, alliance partner user conferences, etc. This requires coordination with/through the regional field sales teams before, during, and after each event. The majority of events are managed remotely. Travel may be required 1-2x yearly for large annual alliance partner events. Timely measuring, tracking, and reporting of event status to appropriate ExaGrid players (i.e. Executive Management and corresponding Territory Sales Managers) using existing process and systems.


  • 5+ years marketing experience, ideally working with reseller channels
  • Experience and successful track record executing, and reporting on multiple marketing events
  • Ability to manage events programs from concept through implementation
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills to manage multiple events with competing deadlines, follow-through and execution skills; creativity and flexibility
  • Experience in a small company, start-up environment
  • Superior communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
  • Have the ability to both work independently and be a team player
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel, Salesforce etc.
  • Ability to build rapport with sales team and other professional staff
