Bill has spent over 12 years growing ExaGrid from a concept to a visionary player in backup storage. With over 30 years of IT data center infrastructure experience, Bill has proven success in technical sales and marketing. Bill has impacted numerous high-growth companies, including Pedestal Software, eDial, Adero, Live Vault, Microcom and Bitstream. Bill is a graduate of Fitchburg State College and holds a BS in Industrial Technology. When Bill is not working, he enjoys boating, playing guitar and songwriting.
Dave has over 35 years of experience in the development of data storage and data management products. Prior to ExaGrid, Dave was a key contributor to the success of a number of startup companies, including Storage Networks, HighGround Systems and Epoch Systems. Dave has a BSEE from Northeastern University and is an active member of the IEEE Computer Society and the ACM and Usenix professional organizations. Dave’s passions include guitar, photography and kayaking.
Jackson has over 15 years of experience in finance and accounting management at both private and public companies. Most recently, he held Controller positions at Symbotic LLC and Netezza Corporation. Jackson launched his career working at Pricewaterhouse Coopers in Boston. Jackson graduated from the University of Massachusetts – Amherst with a major in Accounting and is a licensed CPA. Outside of work, Jackson can be found at concerts, chasing his two Labrador Retrievers or at a Boston Celtics game.
Nick has over two decades of experience leading global direct and channel sales. Nick’s early career experience includes IBM Corporation and Digital Equipment Corporation. Nick was later President of Bell Micro’s Enterprise Storage Division, responsible for $1 billion in annual revenues managing a systems integration division focused on enterprise storage solutions. More recently, Nick served as Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing at 3Com Corporation. Nick graduated from Bernard Baruch University in New York City with a double major in Finance and Computer Science. Nick is fluent in three languages and enjoys golf, cooking and adding to his wine collection.
Andy brings over 20 years of experience in a variety of leadership roles developing and executing channel and sales strategy, managing regional expansions, and driving market share and profitability. Most recently, Andy was VP of Sales for EMEA and APAC at Overland Storage, and prior to that he was founder and CEO of NavaStor. Before founding NavaStor, Andy served as Director of EMEA Marketing at Quantum. Andy graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a BSc in Accounting with Honours and holds an MBA from London Business School. Andy is fluent in two languages and enjoys skiing, mountain and rock climbing, hiking, traveling, and reading.
Yee-ching has over 30 years of product development and management experience. Most recently, Yee-ching was at the AWS Commerce Platform as part of a team delivering bills to customers. His past experience includes six years as Senior Vice President of Engineering at ExaGrid. Prior to that, he held senior positions at Netezza, Charles River Development, and Siebel Systems. Yee-ching holds an MS in Computer Science from the University of Iowa, an MA in Mathematics from NE Missouri State University, and a BS in Mathematics from National Tsing-Hua University in Taiwan. Yee-ching is fluent in two languages and enjoys travel, especially to Taiwan where he grew up.
Adrian brings over 35 years of experience in hardware and software product development in the storage and communications markets. Adrian has been a leader at ExaGrid for 11 years and defined the original product architecture. Prior to joining ExaGrid, he was a key contributor at successful startups such as Banyan and HighGround as well as larger corporations such as Sun Microsystems and Raytheon. Adrian is named on 14 US and European patents. He has an MSEE and BSEE in Electrical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Outside of work, Adrian enjoys culinary arts, jazz and movies.
Guy has spent 17 years in global supply chain, manufacturing and distribution. Prior to joining ExaGrid in 2010, Guy spent 10 years at FedEx helping startups to Fortune 500 companies design and improve their global supply chains. Guy holds an MBA from the University of Massachusetts – Amherst and a BA from the University of New Hampshire. His interests include running, hiking and spending time with his family.
Throughout his 29 years of experience in human resources, Craig has held leadership positions for small pre-IPO startups as well as large global public companies in the high-tech industry. Before joining ExaGrid in 2008, Craig led the human resource function at EMC that supported the Chief Development Office and manufacturing operations. Craig holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Phoenix and a BS in Business Management and Psychology from Springfield College. His interests and hobbies include being active in events related to his Scottish heritage, community volunteering, Freemasonry, alpine skiing, fishing, videography and golf.
Sam has 30 years of experience in software development, high-tech storage, and backup and recovery technologies. Prior to joining ExaGrid in 2007, Sam worked for EMC for 10 years in the storage, backup and recovery space. He spent 10 years working for Alcatel Transcom and Prime Computer as an IT manager and UNIX Kernel Tuning Specialist. Sam developed many automation packages to translate CAD electrical schematics into machine code instructions to be fed to computerized wiring machines. He has a Master of Science in Business Management from Eastern Nazarene College and a BSEE from UMass Dartmouth. Sam is fluent in three languages and his interests include reading, golfing and gardening.
